At Ultimate Builders, we believe the work doesn’t stop when the final nail is hammered in. That's why we offer our Post Build Love—an ongoing commitment to ensuring your home stays as perfect as the day we handed you the keys.

We know that life moves fast, and sometimes little snags or maintenance issues pop up after you’ve moved in. That’s why we offer a one-year maintenance review. Our team will check in with you after 12 months to make sure everything is still running smoothly. Any minor issues? We’ve got it covered.

When you build with us, you'll have received access to Gtee our online maintenance system, designed to make your post-build experience seamless. If you notice anything that needs attention—no matter how small—you can easily log it into Gtee. The system then automatically alerts us and updates you with a timeline of when and how things will be taken care of. Plus, Gtee sends you helpful reminders on how and when to clean certain areas of your home, so you always know what to do to keep your home in top condition.

To keep your outdoor spaces looking as fresh as your interior, our expert landscaping crew also returns at the 3-month mark for a check-up. They’ll make sure your garden or outdoor area is settling in as planned and provide any necessary adjustments, ensuring your exterior is as well-cared-for as your new interior.
