What made us decide that we wanted to build was we can choose what we want, how we want it, and it was similar pricing to what houses are these days anyway.
We had been searching for a house for about 6 months before we came across the Ultimate Builders Billboard showing available house and land packages which were in our price range which is what initiated the first call of conversation.
From initial signing, to then handing over the keys - Ultimate Builders was helpful every step of the way. Being First Home Buyers, we were quite oblivious to the processes involved but they made sure to guide us through every step of the way.
