Overall, working with Caleb, Sophie, and Matt has been a great experience. Sophie with her calm approach to sales, never too pushy and always diligent. Matt with his great attention to detail and remembering the small things and to Caleb who I want to give a special mention to for his outstanding work as our Construction Manager.

Throughout the entire process, Caleb went above and beyond for us. His communication was consistently top notch with keeping us informed every step of the way. He never left one question or query unanswered and made sure we felt completely confident in the project's progress. Most importantly, I felt the team earned our trust very early on, which made a huge difference during what can sometimes be a stressful journey.

Caleb, Sophie and Matt are exceptionally good at what they do, and their dedication I believe truly reflects the best of Ultimate Builders. Thank you to the whole Canterbury team for delivering such a fantastic build.
