1. Promotion Overview
1.1. Promotion Name: Three Creeks Roof Shout
1.2. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for unconditional house and land packages purchased from 1st October 2025 until 23rd December 2025. An unconditional house sale consists of a signed land sale and purchase agreement and a signed build contract with the relevant deposits paid.
2. Qualifying Criteria
2.1. Contractual Requirements: Clients must be one of the first 3 packages to go unconditional on their house and land package in Three Creeks Estate, Tauranga during the promotional period.
2.2. Limited Offer: This offer is limited to the first 3 house and land packages.
2.3. Seller: House and Land Package must be purchased through Ultimate Builders BOP Limited
2.4. Discount Exclusion This offer is not applicable to any deals where a discount has already been negotiated off the sale price.
3. Cashback Offer
3.1. Cashback Amount: Eligible clients will receive a cashback contribution to the value of $10,000 inclusive of GST upon completion of their unconditional build contract.
3.2. Options for Cashback: Clients can choose to spend their cashback on one or more of the following categories:
3.2.1. Deposit: Receive a $10,000 inclusive of GST contribution towards your build deposit
3.2.2. Build Upgrade: Receive a $10,000 inclusive of GST contribution towards any upgrade to your build offered by Ultimate Builders
4. Redemption Process
4.1. Selection: Clients must notify Ultimate Builders of their choice to apply the cashback to their deposit or an upgrade upon signing the contract.
4.2. Voucher Issuance: Upon confirmation of the choice, clients will an email confirmation from Ultimate Builders.
4.3. Expiration: Cashback offers must be redeemed before practical completion of the build contract is achieved
5. General Terms
5.1. Non-Transferable: Cashback offers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original client.
5.2. No Cash Alternative: The cashback offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
5.3. Changes to Promotion: Ultimate Builders reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved at the discretion of Ultimate Builders whose decision will be final.
