From First Meeting to Finished Home: Kavan & Ruphesha’s Build Journey

Building your first home can feel overwhelming, but for Kavan and Ruphesha, the process was made simple with the right guidance, clear communication, and a team they could trust.

Their journey with Ultimate Builders began with meeting with our New Homes Sales Consultant, Sophie. From the very first conversation, Sophie took the time to walk them through the first steps of building and the paperwork required.  For Kavan and Ruphesha, that early guidance gave them peace of mind and the clarity they needed to move forward.

Once the initial planning was in place, they were introduced to Caleb, our Christchurch Site Manager. Caleb met them onsite to talk through the best plan for their section, providing technical answers and practical advice.

One of Kavan’s biggest concerns was the timeframe. He’d heard that builds could often take a year or more, and the thought of waiting that long weighed heavily. Caleb took the time to explain the realistic timeframes involved with their home and reassured him that things would progress efficiently.

From breaking ground to handing over the keys, their home was completed in just four months,  far quicker than they had anticipated. Kavan and Ruphesha were not only impressed with the speed but also the quality of the work, and most importantly, the support they received every step of the way.

For them, the build wasn’t just about a house,  it was about creating a home and feeling supported through the process. With Sophie’s guidance at the start and Caleb’s expertise on site, and Robyn's weekly build updates throughout the build, meant they enjoyed their build process and had peace of mind throughout the build.
