1. Promotion Overview
1.1. Promotion Name: The Ultimate New Build Upgrade
1.2. Promotion Period: September 19th to November 30th 2026
2. Qualifying Criteria
2.1. Contractual Requirements: A build contract signed and build deposit paid before 30 November 2026 in Earlsbrook, Lincoln.
2.2. Seller: House must be purchased through Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited for Earlsbrook, Lincoln.
2.3. Availability: This offer is limited to the first five (5) qualifying homes. Allocation is determined by the order in whichsigned build contracts with deposits paid are received by Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited, whose records are final. Once five packages have been allocated, the promotion closes regardless of the promotion end date. Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited may, at its sole discretion, increase the number of packages available or extend the promotion period.
2.4. Location: This promotion is specifically for Earlsbrook, Lincoln. May be offered elsewhere at Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited's sole discretion.
2.5. Discount Exclusion: This offer is not available where any price reduction, discount, credit, allowance, free or discounted upgrade, or other financial incentive has been agreed in respect of the houseand land package. Pricing published by Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited as part of an advertised campaign or release is not treated as a discount for the purposes of this clause. This offer does not apply to any build contract signed before 19 September 2026.
3. Offer: Eligible clients will receive a $15,000 including GST retail package from one of the three packages below at noadditional cost. Only one package may be selected per qualifying home, and packages cannot be combined, split, or part-substituted:
3.1. $15k Solar Package
Includes 16 Panel 7.5kW System, 6kW Sigenergy Hybrid Inverter, Shelly HWC Control. Subject to roof orientation, pitch, and shading.
3.2. $15k Ducted Heating Package
Supply and install of a Daikin FDYAN125 Ducted Inverter Heat Pump system instead of the highwall heat pump; Cooling/Heating Capacity 12.5/15.0 kW, linear Grilles in Main Living Areas (subject to ceiling space and truss access), one per bedroom, up to four, White ABS Plastic Round Diffusers in Bedrooms - Supply Air, 2x 750x400 Hinged Filter Grille - Return Air, and 1 x Daikin Wall Controller.
3.3. $15k Landscaping Upgrade Package
A $15,000 including GST landscaping package applied above the base landscaping allowance in the build contract and specifications. Landscaping variations areto be approved by both the owner and Ultimate Builders Canterbury. Where the agreed scope exceeds $15,000 including GST, the client is responsible for the difference, payable in accordance with the build contract. Where the agreed scope is less than $15,000 including GST, no credit, refund or cash alternative is available for the balance. Works are subject to site conditions, subdivision landscaping covenants and any applicable consent or developer approval. Lawns and plants are subject to seasonal and weather conditions and may be installed after practical completion. The package excludes retaining walls, pools, spas, and works outside the legal boundary.
3.4. Feasibility: Where a selected package cannot be delivered on a particular home due to design, site or technical constraints, the client may select an alternative package. No cash alternative, credit or substitution of other items is available.
4. Redemption Process
4.1. Selection: Clients must notify Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited of their package selection in accordance with clause 4.3.
4.2. Recording of Upgrade: The selected package is provided as an upgrade to the build and is not paid as cash, cashback, or a contribution to the deposit. Following selection, it will be recorded as a zero-dollar variation to the build contract with the applicable specification attached. Ultimate Builders may substitute any specified product or component with one of equivalent or better specification where the specified item is unavailable or superseded.
4.3. Selectionand Expiry:
4.3.1. Selection must be confirmed in writing at the time of signing the build contract.
4.3.2. Once recorded in a variation, the selection is final and cannot be exchanged.
4.3.3. If no selection is confirmed within that period, the offer lapses.
4.3.4. The selected package must be capable of delivery within the build programme.
4.3.5. The offer is personal to the original client and lapses if the build contract is cancelled or terminated.
5. General Terms
5.1. Non-Transferable: Offers are non-transferable and can only be redeemedby the original client.
5.2. No Cash Alternative: The promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or otherforms of compensation.
5.3. Changes to Promotion: Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion atany time without prior notice.
5.4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising fromthis promotion will be resolved at the discretion of Ultimate Builders Canterbury Limited.
5.5. Precedence: These terms and conditions prevailover any statement made in advertising, brochures, flyers or other marketing material relating to this promotion.
